Plastic printing ink is called water-based ink for short, and flexible water-based ink is also called liquid ink. Main ingredients of water based resin ink  

Waterborne ink is a homogeneous slurry composed of binder, pigment, auxiliaries, etc.The linker provides the necessary transfer property of the ink and the pigment gives the ink color.Water-based ink binder is mainly divided into two types: water dilution type and water dispersion type.The former can be used in many types of resins, such as maleic acid resin, maleic acid resin modified shellac, uratan, water-soluble acrylic resin and water-borne amino resin.Water dispersible link is in the water by emulsification of monomer polymerization, it is a two phase system, the oil phase with granular disperse in water phase, although can't dissolved by water, but water can be diluted, so can also be considered oil-in-water emulsion.

 

The production process of water based screen printing ink  

Grinding paste

Mix the water-soluble resin, pigment, auxiliary agent and solvent (water), etc., stir and disperse by high speed dispersing machine, and grind to form the spare color paste.

Preparation of ink

Mix the spare color paste, auxiliary agent and solvent (water) evenly and disperse by grinding to make it have enough fineness, gloss and coloring power.

Using range

Dispersants and wetting agents are best added in the production of color paste.Generally speaking, the fineness of ink should be between 101 and 25 degrees Celsius m.Viscosity refers to the thickness of ink, is a performance of ink flow indicators.Excessive viscosity will result in poor fluidity and slow drying;Low viscosity ink fluidity, fast drying, thin ink layer, less ink.If the ink viscosity is low, then the color powder content requirements to be high;On the contrary, the content of toner is low.Because viscosity directly affects ink transfer and printing quality, therefore, the control of ink viscosity is very important.In the process of printing, the viscosity is too low will cause color shallow, high viscosity and will cause the dirty version, paste version phenomenon, so please join transfer agent when it is difficult to control, can improve the effect of transfer, increase the colourful and stereo feeling.
