Store in its original packing at the place where is dry and installed with ventilation eduipment

Mix the road marking paint very well before use. Dilute it till the required viscosity. Mix well if deposit or agglomeration occurs in the product before construction. Avoid its contact with other thinner. Spray or brush it.

First, add 2, 3, 4, (measure accurately) into disperse tank, turn on high speed dispersion machine
300 rotate/min, add into No.1 slowly, increase the dispersion machine revolution after adding.
700-800 rotate/min, after resin solution, add 5, 6,7, 8, 9,10, dispersing over 15min. Grinding on sand mill, after the fineness meets requirement, measure viscosity, can use toluene to adjust it to be qualified.
Fineness≤65um(fineness gage), viscosity 95-105second, coat 4cup -25℃)
Paint solid content can reach above 70%, highly cost effective, one ton resin can make about 5.8tons paint.
